PAYMENT

All prices are retail prices stated in EUR and include VAT.

The PayPal system allows customers to make safe online payments either through your PayPal account or credit/debit cards, prepaid cards or virtual. PayPal accepts credit and debit cards issued globally and payments in 29 different currencies, including USD, EUR, CAD, DKK, NOK, GBP, RUB, SEK, CHF.

DELIVERY

We ship our products worldwide, using the DPD services. The standard cost in EU countries is between 8 and 25 EUR, 50 EUR for Switzerland for the packages up to 3 kg. You can check the specific rate applying to your country next to the description of each product. If you don't find your country listed there, do not hesitate do contact us at shop@loveonthesnow.com! 

The standard delivery time within the EU is 2-6 days. The order is being dipsatched within 3 days after the payment is confirmed. If you wish to inquire for precise delivery time to a specific region or non-EU country, please send us your request to shop@loveonthesnow.com

Items bought at the loveonthesnow.com are not intended for re-sale. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. 

The risk of loss for purchased merchandise goes from us to you as soon as we provide the carrier the purchased product(s). As a result, you will need to file claims directly with the carrier for any loss or damages that occurred while the purchased product(s) were in the possession of the carrier.

EXCHANGE 

Depending on availability, we are able to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please first return your item for refund and place a new order for the preferred one.  

RETURNS

We hope you'll like the purchased underwear, but if - for any reason - you don’t, you can always return them under conditions specified bellow. Please note, that all shipping costs of the exchanged or returned items are at the client’s expense. In order to return the purchases underwear, please first inform us about your intention, sending an e-mail to: shop@loveonthesnow.com and next, ship the unwanted items to our fulfillment agent and storage house at this address:

Only items purchased from loveonthesnow.com  will be accepted for return. For a refund of the item(s), less any shipping costs, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturers tags and hygienic liners attached. Also, don't forget to include the receipt. 

Your refund will be credited only after we have received your returned item and complied with all aspects of our return policy.  You will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible, within 14 days.

If you choose a refund back to your PayPal account, once processed, your refund should be posted in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email.
